Welcome to the Holy Spirit Supernatural School of Ministry<\/strong> (“HS-SSOM,” “the School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https:\/\/prayusa.org\/school<\/a><\/strong> and all related programs, courses, student portals, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.<\/p>\n

1. About the School<\/h2>\n

HS-SSOM is a faith-based ministry training school offering biblical and ministry education. Our programs are religious in nature and are intended to support spiritual growth, discipleship, and preparation for ministry.<\/p>\n

2. Eligibility and Accounts<\/h2>\n

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or enrolling. If you create a student account or access the Enrolled Students Portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.<\/p>\n

3. Enrollment, Tuition, and Fees<\/h2>\n

Enrollment in any program is subject to our admissions requirements and to payment of applicable tuition and fees, as described on our Registration, Tuition and Fees page. Fees may change from time to time. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. Payments<\/h2>\n

Payments and donations may be processed through third-party providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the amount owed. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers.<\/p>\n

5. Donations and Sponsorships<\/h2>\n

Gifts made through our Financial Support, Donate, or sponsorship pages are voluntary. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations are non-refundable. HS-SSOM makes no representation regarding the tax-deductibility of any gift; please consult your own tax advisor.<\/p>\n

6. Course Materials and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

All content on the Services \u2014 including text, images, logos, curriculum, and course materials \u2014 is owned by HS-SSOM or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Enrolled students may use course materials for their own personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share materials without our prior written permission.<\/p>\n

7. Acceptable Use and Code of Conduct<\/h2>\n

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully, and to follow our Code of Conduct<\/strong> and Statement of Faith and Doctrinal Statement<\/strong>. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the Services to harass others or post unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.<\/p>\n

8. Accreditation and Transfer of Credit<\/h2>\n

HS-SSOM is a religious educational institution. Please review our Accreditation and Transfer Credit pages for current information. Acceptance of credits earned at HS-SSOM by any other institution is at the sole discretion of that institution, and we do not guarantee that credits will transfer.<\/p>\n

9. Third-Party Links and Services<\/h2>\n

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools (for example, payment processors and social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.<\/p>\n

10. Disclaimers<\/h2>\n

The Services and all educational and spiritual content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, academic, ministerial, or professional outcome from participation in our programs.<\/p>\n

11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HS-SSOM and its leaders, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, for the applicable Service.<\/p>\n

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which explains how we collect and use your information.<\/p>\n
