Scope:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This policy applies to all students, faculty, and staff members of the Bible college.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Procedure for Filing a Grievance<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 Informal Resolution:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Before filing a formal grievance, the individual should attempt to resolve the issue <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">informally by discussing it\u00a0with the person or department involved.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Formal Grievance:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the individual may file a formal grievance by <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">submitting a written complaint to the Dean of Students or the appropriate administrator.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Resolution: The grievance will be resolved within 60 days of the initial response.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Biblical Principles<br \/><\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Matthew 18:15-17:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0If a brother or sister sins against you, go and point out their fault, just between the two <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over.
